Dosage Information

In order to recommend the proper dosage for your individual case, you first must answer a few simple questions: Is your osteoarthritis considered serious or do you weigh over 180 lbs? Do you need an immediate resolution to your individual situation or are you taking a supplement as a preventative measure? For matters of clarity we have classified these levels as serious level and standard level. It is that simple! Once you answer this question you can start taking the proper dosage as indicated below.

Serious Level Dosage or Over 180 lbs. Take ½ oz. in the morning and ½ oz. in the late afternoon for the first 8 days, followed by ¼ oz. in the morning and ¼ oz. in the late afternoon. At this rate the average daily cost of Arti-Flex® is $1.13 when you purchase a 16 oz. bottle. One 16 oz. bottle will last you 32 days. The good news is the majority of individuals that started taking their Arti-Flex® at the serious dosage level, in time were able to reduce their intake to the standard level.

Standard Level Dosage Take 2 teaspoons in the morning and 2 teaspoons in the late afternoon for the first 8 days, followed by 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon in the late afternoon. At this rate the average daily cost of ArtiFlex is 79 cents when you purchase a 16 oz. bottle. One 16 oz. bottle will last you 48 days.
